A Family Built On Service

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

My wife and I are pleased to introduce Payne-less Catering. For more than 30 years, I have worked as a chef and I bring that experience, care and attention to every meal as prepared. Our goal is simple; to serve fresh, flavorful food and make every gathering feel special.

We cater events for 10 to 200 guests and offer breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. If the dish you have in mind is not listed on one of our menus, we are happy to discuss a customized option. We can also assist with party planning, helping you bring the food and the details together for a smooth, enjoyable event.

Our family has called the Conway area home for nearly 35 years. My wife and I have been married for 40 years. We raised three children who graduated from high schools in Orlando and we have grandchildren that go to Cornerstone as well. We also attend Real Life Church and value the relationships we have built throughout this community.

Service is central to our family. I am an ordained minister, my wife is a notary and together we also provide tag-and-title services for car dealers. In every part of our work, we aim to serve with integrity, hospitality and genuine care.
